JA Login module is alternate login module for Joomla!, so that CSS overrides can be made for the same, without affecting the default Joomla login module.

This site uses JA Login module, look at the top right corner of this page, you will see 2 buttons: Login and Create an account. Click on the buttons to check how the module works.
